ONLY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE AUTHENTICATED, CERTIFIED COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
In order to authenticate the various documents issued by the Canadian authorities for their legal recognition in Venezuela, this Consular office can authenticate these documents after they meet the corresponding criteria.
You may be interested in checking the Consular Fees Section in order to pay for your authentication. Such payment must be done as a bank deposit to the Embassy in US Dollars, at TD CANADA TRUST BRANCH 3312 Num. 7303133, under the name of “Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela”. Proof of such deposit in the form of a receipt must be presented at the Embassy.
Please note that the Embassy only authenticates documents from Ottawa and nearby areas (home or work address of the applicant, not the intermediary) for documents coming from the rest of the country, please contact the following consulates:
Consulate in Toronto: Documents from Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan.
Consulate in Montreal: Documents from Quebec, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island.
Consulate in Vancouver: Documents from British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon and Northwest Territories of Canada.
