Non-immigrant Visiting Family of a Venezuelan Citizen

Issued to the spouse of a Venezuelan citizen, only when the marriage was celebrated in a foreign country and registered with the Venezuelan Consulate; to dependent children under eighteen (18) years of age; and to parents or parents-in-law.
Requirements:
- Passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months.
- Proof of the family relationship between the Venezuelan citizen and each family member.
- Two (2) recent colour photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
- Bank draft in the amount of US$ 60.00, payable to: Embassy of Venezuela.
- Completed visa application form.
- The family group must travel with the Venezuelan citizen when entering the country
The Non-immigrant Visiting Family of a Venezuelan Citizen Visa is granted for a period of one (1) year, multiple entries. The visa holder may stay for an unlimited period each visit. At the end of the period the applicant may apply for an extension from within the country.
