Issued to non-immigrants who wish to enter the country to attend higher technical or university courses, or to carry out a practicum in their field of studies.
Requirements:
- Passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months.
- Application letter issued by the institution backing the student, indicating the funds available to the student in Venezuela.
- Letter of admission issued by the educational institute where student is to be enrolled, or by the enterprise supervising the practicum.
- Academic degrees and/or confirmation of studies.
- Two (2) recent colour photographs (3.5 x 4.5 cm).
- Bank draft in the amount of US$ 60.00, payable to: Embassy of Venezuela.
- Completed visa application form,
The Student Visitor Visa is granted for a period of one (1) year, multiple entries. The visa holder may stay in the country for up to the same period of time. The Ministry of the Interior and Justice may extend the period if the applicant provides proof of continuing studies.
